Imagine a life where earning Rs 40 a day was a huge challenge. This is the true tale of a man who turned his family’s struggle into a fortune of 13 luxurious homes across India! His mother worked tirelessly in fields during the 1990s, earning just 10 to 30 rupees a day. Their old house was so fragile that rain flooded the kitchen; nights were filled with tears and worries. What did this brave boy do? During summer holidays, while other kids played, he worked hard for small pay. In 1994, he earned just 9 rupees daily; next year, 12 rupees; and by 1996, he was a load man earning 28 rupees a day. No fancy toys, no new clothes—only endless effort to buy even simple notebooks. Despite everything, he shone at school, topping his class in 1998 and again in 2000! This showed his fierce spirit and smarts, breaking free from hard life’s chains. A tough moment came in 1997 when his grandparents gave away their land to uncles, ignoring his mother. Yet, he dreamed big—planning to join the Indian Administrative Service or become an IPS officer. But life had other plans. By 2003, after heartbreak and money struggles, his love story faded. He decided to put all energy into one mission: buying a house for his mother. In 2004, burdened by debt of nearly one lakh, he still had no home. But then, magic happened! He earned an engineering degree in 2005, landed a job at a big multinational, and by 2006, moved to the USA, opening doors to a new world. Years of hard work paid off wildly. By 2025, his dream home empire included four paid apartments in the US and a 9-crore luxury house in India, with most loan paid off! Thirteen properties in India—spreading from bustling cities to quiet towns—plus six valuable land plots and two farmhouses showcased his real estate power. Not just homes, he enjoyed a sports car worth one crore and a handsome annual income of $250,000 to $300,000 with his wife. The childhood of hunger was now a memory, replaced by sparkling success. But here’s the true heart of his story: every house, every investment was for his mother. He built her a beautiful villa, showered her with gold, and gave her the dignity she deserved.
