Realty company Omaxe Ltd has reported a sharp net loss of ₹185.77 crore in the first quarter of the 2025-26 financial year. This loss is bigger than last year's ₹146.98 crore loss in the same quarter. The dip in money is mainly because their total income went down to ₹298.03 crore from ₹385.23 crore last year for April to June period, as per a recent official report. Omaxe is no small player – it’s one of India's top real estate firms, active in 30 cities across eight states in North and Central India. Since starting out, they have delivered over 135 million square feet of space to customers. But Omaxe isn’t sitting still despite the loss! Just last month, they bought huge 450-acre land in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. They plan to build a big township here with an investment of ₹1,200 crore. It’s a massive bet on the future! Recently, the company also raised ₹500 crore from Oaktree Capital Management. This money is set to boost current projects and fund new growth plans. Omaxe’s journey shows ups and downs, but with big moves like new land and fresh funds, they seem ready to hit the ground running again.
