Get ready, investors! Chennai’s very own travel and tourism service giant, LGT Business Connextions, is hitting the market with a sparkling new IPO today. This company, born in 2016, has grown into a busy travel service boss, handling everything from hotel bookings, ticketing, visa processing, to MICE events like meetings and conferences. They also serve customized travel plans ripe for both corporate clients and individual tourists. What’s cooking? The IPO aims to raise a juicy Rs 28.09 crore. It’s a blend of fresh equity sales worth Rs 25.28 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 2.81 crore. With a total of 26.26 lakh shares priced at Rs 107 each, it’s a tempting chance for investors. But watch out! The lot size is 1,200 shares, meaning minimum retail buyers need to invest Rs 2.56 lakh (for two lots). The clock is ticking – the subscription window closes on August 21. Allotments will be announced on August 22. Talking business, their numbers are sizzling hot! For the financial year 2025, the company proudly reported revenues of Rs 100.8 crore, a 13% jump from Rs 89.5 crore in 2024. Even more exciting, profit after tax soared by 44% to Rs 5.2 crore from Rs 3.6 crore last year. That’s serious growth in a competitive sector! Where will the IPO money go? The firm plans to splash around Rs 10.4 crore on capital expenditure, Rs 7.7 crore on working capital needs, and Rs 3.8 crore on general corporate purposes. The IPO is managed by Mark Corporate Advisors, with Skyline Financial Services serving as registrar.
