Following the Union Ministry of Home Affairs' orders, 'Operation Abhyas' was executed in Maharashtra, including Pune and Mumbai. The drills showcased fire safety protocols, air strike response procedures, and casualty rescue techniques. BMC will continue to conduct mock drills for five more days, including blackout drills. Various agencies participated in the drills to improve emergency response systems and citizen awareness. The mock drill at CSMT demonstrated response strategies during an attack. Civil Defence and Mumbai University collaborated to include training programmes in the curriculum.
