The stage was alive with magic, music, and mesmerising moves at the recent Swiss Art Night. Titled 'In The Flow,' the event perfectly matched its watery theme with a spectacular show that blended Bollywood flair and Swiss aquatic artistry. Indian-Swiss performer BombayMami took the spotlight singing the energetic tune 'Chak Dhoom Dhoom' while World Aquatics Artistic Swimming World Cup silver medallists Aimee Michel and Melody Halbeisen, along with Anna-Sophia Aeschbacher, glided gracefully in the pool like elegant mermaids. Their precision and synchronicity left the audience spellbound. The Embassy of Switzerland hosted this event, where creativity truly flowed between India and Switzerland. Maya Tissafi, Ambassador of Switzerland, praised the bond between the two countries. She said, "Whether it is Bollywood in the Alps or Swiss watches in Mumbai, we (Switzerland and India) keep inspiring each other." Maya Tissafi invited everyone to "lose track of time – even if you happen to wear a Swiss watch." She explained the theme, saying, "Last year, our performance was In The Air; this year, we invite you to dive into the flow. ‘Flow’ is a state of deep creative emotion – to flow is to move forward and trust the current. In a world of uncertainty, Switzerland remains deeply committed to peace, collaboration, and friendship between nations. Let’s flow together." Guests described every performance as "splendid," and the décor was a perfect match to the vibrant and fluid atmosphere. The beautiful blend of tourism, Bollywood, and Swiss chocolates — all symbols of India-Switzerland friendship — shone brightly through the show. This stunning celebration truly brought two cultures together with creativity, motion, and heartfelt connection.
