HONOR is all set to introduce the X9c 5G smartphone in the Indian market exclusively through Amazon. While the official launch date is yet to be disclosed, a promotional page is already up on Amazon's website. The X9c 5G, initially unveiled in select international markets in November 2024, is now being tailored for Indian consumers. The Indian iteration of the HONOR X9c 5G is anticipated to share many specifications with its global counterpart. Its standout feature is a remarkable 108MP main rear camera supported by an f/1.7 aperture and capable of 3x lossless zoom. The rear camera setup is enhanced with both optical and electronic image stabilization, along with AI features such as AI Erase and Motion Sensing. The phone also boasts an SGS certification for drop resistance and an IP65M rating for dust and water splash protection. It is designed to deliver steady performance even under extreme temperatures, aided by HONOR's Power Management System. Additionally, the X9c 5G sports a slim 7.98mm profile and weighs 189 grams. Equipped with a sizable 6,600mAh battery and 66W wired SuperCharge support, the phone ensures quick charging. In terms of photography, it offers a top-of-the-line 108MP main camera with 3x lossless zoom capabilities and both optical and electronic image stabilization. AI tools like AI Erase and Motion Sensing further enhance the camera experience. Running on MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15, the device features dual stereo speakers that promise to triple the sound volume. The phone showcases a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 4,000 nits of brightness, and a 3,840Hz PWM dimming rate. The global edition of the phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and includes a 16MP front camera for selfies, features expected to remain unchanged in the Indian model. In Malaysia, the Honor X9c 5G is priced at MYR 1,499 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, while the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model costs MYR 1,699.
