A 23-year-old woman shooter alleged she was raped in a Faridabad hotel during a competition visit. Police arrested three men, including the woman's friend. The incident happened on the evening of December 17, 2025. After the alleged rape, the victim locked the accused inside the hotel room and alerted the police. The case was registered at Sarai Khawaja police station. The accused — Satendra, Gaurav, and the victim’s female friend — were caught at the hotel on December 18. The woman and her friend arrived in Faridabad on December 16 to compete. After the contest on December 17, the friend called Gaurav for a metro drop. Gaurav came with Satendra. They all chose to stay overnight and booked two hotel rooms. At about 9 p.m., the victim said Satendra raped her while her friend was away with Gaurav downstairs. When her friend returned, the victim told another acquaintance, secured the accused in the room, and informed police. Police arrested all three, who were later sent to judicial custody, said Station House Officer Rakesh Kumar.
