A Rachabanda was organised in Kadapa on December 21 to celebrate Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy's birthday. He is the former Chief Minister and president of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP). Rachamallu Sivaprasad Reddy, the party's State spokesperson and former Proddatur MLA, attended and led meetings at village and mandal party units. He urged the party to focus on reaching voters at the grassroots level. He said, "We must take concrete steps to wrest power back from the NDA in the 2029 general elections." Later, Sivaprasad Reddy offered special prayers at the Bollavaram Anjaneya Swamy temple. He also conducted Annadanam, giving bread and fruits to patients at the Government Hospital. The event showed the party's commitment to growing support ahead of the next elections.
