The online transfer process includes teachers, librarians, physical education directors, technical staff, and ministerial employees working under the Higher Education Department. The application portals are divided by department: - Employees under the Directorate of Collegiate Education should apply through www.dcetransfer.in and www.nonteaching.dcetransfer.in. - Those under the Directorate of Technical Education may apply via www.tndotetransfer.in. This move aims to streamline transfer requests and make the process easier for government college employees.
