The CPCB's Sameer app data showed 19 monitoring stations reported "severe" pollution. Anand Vihar had the highest AQI at 444. Other stations showed "very poor" levels. According to CPCB, AQI between 0-50 is "good", 51-100 "satisfactory", 101-200 "moderate", 201-300 "poor", 301-400 "very poor", and 401-500 "severe". The minimum temperature was 6.3° Celsius, half a degree below the seasonal average. Humidity stood at 71% at 8:30 a.m., said the India Meteorological Department.
