The Cyberabad Police, along with the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) and traffic police, began a free shuttle service from midnight on December 31. This move aims to ease traffic at popular New Year celebration spots and ensure safer travel for partygoers. The shuttle runs from One Golf, Babylon, ADP Onewest, SLN Terminus, Sarath City Mall, and InOrbit Mall, taking people to nearby metro stations and designated cab points. The routes go towards JNTU metro via Raidurg metro and the Cyber Towers area. Police explain the goal is to reduce traffic jams, discourage drink-driving, and offer a safe late-night travel choice. They also urge partygoers to use public transport and shared travel options for smooth traffic flow across Cyberabad during New Year festivities.
