The survivor in the first sexual assault case involving Palakkad MLA Rahul Mamkootathil has filed a complaint against YouTuber Rahul Easwar. The complaint was submitted to the special investigation team on Sunday. Easwar is accused of breaking his bail conditions. He was recently granted bail with strict orders not to defame or harass the survivor. However, the complaint says Easwar's actions caused fresh cyber attacks on the survivor. Easwar made remarks on Facebook after the survivor’s husband gave public statements about the case. He called the survivor a false complainant and said the husband was the "real victim." He also questioned the survivor’s marital status and claimed inconsistencies in her story. The survivor said in the complaint that these statements are harassment and defamation. They violate the court’s bail conditions on Easwar.
