TTD to Celebrate Ratha Sapthami with Seven Celestial Vahanams on Jan 25

The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has declared that Ratha Sapthami will be celebrated at the Sri Padmavati Ammavari Temple on January 25, the same day as Surya Jayanti. This event is unique as devotees can witness the Goddess in procession on seven different celestial vahanams throughout the day. The schedule for darshan is as follows: Surya Prabha Vahanam from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., Hamsa Vahanam from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m., Aswa Vahanam from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., Garuda Vahanam from 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., Chinna Sesha Vahanam from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Chandra Prabha Vahanam from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Gaja Vahanam from 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. Additionally, Snapana Tirumanjanam, a ceremonial celestial bath, will be held for the processional deity at Sri Krishna Mukha Mandapam inside the temple from 3.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. Due to these special ceremonies, TTD has cancelled Kalyanotsavam, Kumkumarchana, break darshan, Unjal Seva, and Vedasirvachanam at the temple on January 25.
