Mysuru Students Shine at The Hindu Science Festival and Ramanujam Spark Quest, Win Cash Prizes

On January 17, 2026, students who topped in The Hindu in School Science Festival and the Ramanujam Spark Quest were awarded prizes in Mysuru. Sheethal Gowda G. and Pratiksha B. from Notre Dame School took the first prize in the science festival with ₹5,000. The second prize of ₹3,000 went to Manohar K.N. and Ishanka Santosh of Excel Public School. Third prize winners Manvith M. and Sujana N.M. of KNC Innovative Global School received ₹2,000. Consolation prizes were also awarded to several other students from Mysuru schools. In the Ramanujam Spark Quest, five students from each class (6 to 10) received awards. The first, second, and third place winners earned ₹5,000, ₹3,000, and ₹2,000 respectively, plus certificates and trophies. Consolation winners got certificates. Top winners included Shravya M.R. (Class 10), Hitarath Umesh (Class 9), Parnika Rao (Class 8), Chirag P. Nayak (Class 7), and Pratham V. (Class 6). This event celebrated young scientific talent across Mysuru schools with exciting rewards.
