Hubbali Airport Ranks 4th in AAI Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025

Hubbali airport has been ranked fourth in the Airports Authority of India (AAI) customer satisfaction survey for 2025. The survey covered 58 out of 62 AAI-run airports across India. Khajuraho, Bhopal, and Aurangabad secured the top three positions. The survey measured 33 parameters such as ground transport, parking, baggage trolleys, check-in waiting time, staff efficiency, security checks, restaurant value, waiting area comfort, and internet access. It also included five hygiene-related questions. Hubbali airport improved its score from 4.93 in the previous survey to 4.96 this time. Belagavi airport scored 4.89, down slightly from 4.94, while Mysuru airport improved from 4.73 to 4.81. Hubbali’s rank jumped from eighth place earlier to fourth now. Belagavi dropped from seventh to 11th, and Mysuru rose from 16th to 15th. Kalaburgi airport, previously 16th, was not surveyed due to no scheduled flights. Flight services at Kalaburgi stopped on October 15, 2025, after Star Airlines suspended its operations there.
