Vizianagaram Collector S. Ramsundar Reddy said the district will give pattadar passbooks to all eligible persons by March 10, 2026. This move will help farmers and others get loans and benefits without trouble. The Collector met people in Sarika village, where he received petitions on land problems. Afterward, he said revenue clinics have been started to offer quick services nearby. He instructed all officials to update farmer data and prepare passbooks within 50 days.
