Punjab Police caught Raman Kumar, also called Golu, a Jammu resident. He is linked to Pakistan-based terrorist Shahzad Bhatti. The arrest is a big win against Pakistan-backed terror, confirmed Director General of Police Gaurav Yadav on social media. Raman Kumar was in direct contact with Shahzad Bhatti via Instagram and WhatsApp. Police found a .30 bore pistol from him. The accused was involved in the Ambala Police Station blast case. He also gave money to the attackers, said Mr. Yadav. The State Special Operation Cell of Punjab Police made the arrest. This move disrupts a key terror network operating across borders.
