An IndiGo flight traveling from Kuwait to Delhi was diverted to Ahmedabad on Friday morning due to a bomb threat, airport officials reported. The aircraft landed safely at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport around 6:40 a.m. with 180 passengers on board. The diversion happened after a passenger found a handwritten note claiming a bomb was inside the plane. The pilot immediately alerted air traffic control. After landing, all passengers were evacuated safely. Security and airport staff conducted a detailed search of the aircraft. An airport official said, “So far, no suspicious object has been recovered. The flight may take off after getting a final go-ahead.” No suspicious items have been found, and passengers await the flight's resumption.
