Jashanpreet Singh, 27, pleaded guilty to unlawfully dealing firearms and possessing a machine gun, said the US Department of Justice. Singh was caught last year at San Francisco International Airport while trying to fly to India. He faced charges for illegal firearm dealing and possession. Singh founded the 'Punjabi Devils' Motorcycle Club, an outlaw gang linked to the Hells Angels, based in Stockton. On June 6, 2025, Singh tried to sell various weapons to an undercover FBI officer. These included a short-barreled rifle, three assault weapons, three machine gun conversion devices, and a revolver. Police raided Singh’s home and found more guns: another machine gun, a silencer, and a machine gun conversion device. They also seized firearms parts, high-capacity magazines, and military-style explosives like a 'pineapple' hand grenade and a claymore mine. Singh skipped a court hearing on July 21, prompting a bench warrant. Two days later, the FBI learned Singh booked a flight to India. On July 26, officers arrested him at the airport before departure. Singh is in federal custody and faces up to five years prison and a $250,000 fine for gun dealing. For illegal machine gun possession, he could get up to 10 years and a $250,000 fine. His final sentence will be decided in court on May 11. The Punjabi Devils act as a cover for criminal acts and are linked with the notorious Hells Angels gang.
