On February 6, 2026, a woman passenger lost her gold chain inside the bio-toilet of Train No. 11312, Hassan–Solapur Express. The chain accidentally fell into the toilet commode during the journey. Despite quick searching by onboard staff, the chain was not found immediately. The passenger filed a complaint via the Rail Madad portal early that day. Upon arrival at Solapur station, Railway Police acted promptly. The Bio-Toilet maintenance team and Railway Protection Force (RPF) staff coordinated to retrieve the chain from the bio-toilet tank. The gold chain was safely returned to the passenger in the presence of RPF officers. The woman expressed her gratitude for the fast and caring assistance from the railway officials.
