A 33-year-old worker named Tsang was rushed to the hospital in the early hours of Sunday after getting scalded by hot oil. The accident happened at ASB Biodiesel in Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate, Hong Kong. Tsang was performing his job at 22 Chun Wang Street when the incident occurred. ASB Biodiesel is a facility that turns waste cooking oil, acidified grease trap oil, and animal fat into sustainable biodiesel. The company operates with investment from Shanghai Partner Energy Group. Emergency teams responded quickly to the accident, but details on Tsang's current condition have not been disclosed.
