Indian Railways Shifts to RailOne App; UTSonMobile Ends March 1
February 10, 2026
Indian Railways has asked all passengers to switch to the RailOne app soon. This is because the UTSonMobile app will be phased out starting March 1. Users can log into RailOne using their existing IRCTC or UTS login details.
Southern Railway said that RailOne makes travel simpler by putting ticket booking, train tracking, food ordering, and complaint services all in one place. This reduces effort and saves time.
With this phase-out, the UTS app has already stopped some services. Season ticket booking, renewal, and new user registration are disabled. Platform ticket booking and R-Wallet top-up are also not available now. But the UTS app is still in app stores.
Importantly, users' R-Wallet balance on the UTS app is safe and can be used on RailOne.
RailOne lets passengers book reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets easily. It offers simple and secure payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, R-wallet, and net banking. It also shows live train status, delays, platform and coach info.
Users can check PNR status, cancel tickets, and track refunds in one app. They can even order food from IRCTC-approved vendors directly to their seats.
RailOne also offers easy ways to file complaints and give feedback through integrated RailMadad support.
This change marks a big step to improve passenger convenience by Indian Railways.
