The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has launched special package tour services on weekends and select special days. These tours run to popular spots like Gaganachukki, Chikka Tirupati, and Melukote. They use special Rajahamsa and Ashwamedha Classic buses. The tours have been popular among travellers so far. The package tours cover famous locations but do not include entrance fees or food costs. One key route is the Bengaluru–Gaganachukki package. It covers Somanathapura, Talakad, Madhyaranga, Barachukki, and Gaganachukki waterfalls. This 340 km trip is offered by both Rajahamsa and Ashwamedha services. The Rajahamsa bus started on July 5, 2025, charging ₹750 for adults and ₹600 for children. Ashwamedha costs ₹600 for adults and ₹450 for children. Another popular route is Bengaluru–Chikka Tirupati, which includes Kotilingeshwara, Bangaru Tirupati, Avani, Mulbagal, Kurudumale, and Kolar. It covers 270 km and is operated by Ashwamedha buses. The ticket price is ₹600 for adults and ₹450 for children. The Bengaluru–Melukote package covers 350 km via Srirangapatna and Kallahalli.
