The Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah is moving fast towards its early 2027 opening. The project will create over 2,700 jobs, with recruitment already shifting from senior leaders to mid-management and skilled technical roles. Wynn Resorts backs this multibillion-dollar integrated resort, which will feature 1,530 rooms, 22 dining venues, a theatre, and a marina. By early 2026, the resort listed 112 vacancies in areas like marketing, gaming, finance, food and beverage, events, IT, legal, and retail. Openings include roles such as pastry shop coordinator, recreation coordinator, executive chef, and warehouse assistant manager. Most jobs target people experienced in hotel operations, guest service, technology, and food management. Wynn Al Marjan also plans Wynn Oasis, a dedicated residential community for over 7,000 staff near Marjan Island. This facility will offer fitness and recreation amenities to support employee wellbeing. The hiring push is one of the largest outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi, signalling growth in Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism and economy. With construction nearing its final floors, Wynn Al Marjan’s workforce is set to expand rapidly, providing long-term career prospects in hospitality and related sectors.
