Israel is moving fast to tighten control over the West Bank. Last week, its security cabinet made it easier for settlers to buy land by removing old laws. This week, the government approved restarting land registration for the first time since 1967. This will allow Israel to claim ownership of large parts of land Palestinians hope to include in their future state. Experts warn this could cause new conflict. Human rights lawyer Mohammad Dahleh, researcher Mitchell Barak, and Professor Simon Mabon discussed the issue on a recent program hosted by Rishaad Salamat.
