The social media storm is on again! Ed Krassenstein, a lively social commentator, has thrown a big accusation at Vice President J. D. Vance. After the US military hit a Venezuelan drug boat and killed 11 people, Vance defended the strike on X, saying, “Killing cartel members who poison our fellow citizens is the highest and best use of our military.” But Krassenstein wasn’t having it. He fired back, “Killing the citizens of another nation who are civilians without any due process is called a war crime.” Things got hotter when Vance replied bluntly, “I don’t give a shit what you call it.” Krassenstein did not back down and said such acts might be extrajudicial killings under international law. He even warned of penalties and called for Vance’s impeachment, making the controversy explode online. But that’s not all! Krassenstein has earlier grabbed attention with a mysterious post on May 16, 2025. He posted an image of billiard balls arranged as “8647” with the caption “It’s time!” This set off alarm bells because former FBI Director James Comey had once shared the same number sequence in a now-deleted Instagram post. Critics thought “8647” was a secret code: “86” means “get rid of” and “47” could mean Trump, who might become the 47th US president. Krassenstein quickly cleared the air, saying, “For the record, I am 100% against violence in any form… 8647 means ‘remove Trump from office.’ Any other interpretation is what risks inciting violence.” So, who is this outspoken Ed Krassenstein? Born in Somers Point, New Jersey, Ed holds a degree in economics from Rutgers University. He is no newbie to online battles and politics. Along with his twin brother Brian, Ed rose to fame by often challenging Donald Trump on social media during Trump’s first term. However, the Krassenstein brothers faced a roadblock when Twitter suspended their accounts in 2019, accusing them of running fake accounts—a charge they strongly denied. The good news came in 2022 when their accounts were restored, according to Daily Beast. Besides being a social media star, Ed is a savvy entrepreneur and media executive. He co-founded NFTz.me, an NFT marketplace, and leads Forum Advertising LLC. He previously built and sold 3DPrint.com, a top 3D printing media site, before diving into virtual and augmented reality. Since 2004, Ed has also run E & B Advertising Inc., focusing on internet marketing and SEO. His experience includes co-founding the political podcast KrassenCast LLC and news platform Hill Reporter LLC. He also managed global ad sales at 3DR Holdings. Now living in Fort Myers, Florida, Ed Krassenstein continues to be a sharp, colourful voice challenging powerful figures and stirring up big discussions. With his bold words and punchy posts, Ed keeps the public hooked and the debates sizzling!
