The police want five more days to keep him under custody, as the court waits until 4:45 p.m. before making its decision. Police found Saraswati staying quietly in an Agra hotel, but they tracked him down with sharp detective work. And there’s more! Authorities froze a whopping ₹8 crore from his bank accounts and fixed deposits scattered all over. According to the FIR, Saraswati, once chairman of a management institute in southwest Delhi, allegedly forced female students to visit his room late at night and sent creepy messages to them at odd hours. Hold tight, because it gets even juicier! He allegedly kept tabs on the students’ every move with his phone. When police dug into his money, they found that he used many fake names and details to open multiple bank accounts. Shockingly, after the case began, he still managed to withdraw over ₹50 lakh! He also submitted different documents when opening accounts. To add to the drama, cops found fake visiting cards claiming he was connected with the United Nations and BRICS. What a bold move!
