A shocking and tragic accident shook Pune city early Sunday morning, November 2, 2025. At around 4:30 a.m., a car speeding recklessly slammed straight into a pillar of the Bund Garden Metro station. Pune police revealed that two passengers died instantly, and a third is in critical condition. According to Senior Police Inspector Sangita Jadhav, "A car hit a pillar of the Bund Garden Metro station. As per the primary information, two persons in the car died while the third person sustained serious injuries." The crash happened exactly at 4:49 a.m., and CCTV footage tells a clear story: the car was zooming at a very high speed before losing control and crashing. "There were three passengers in the car," a police official explained. It seems like the driver lost control, which led to this deadly mishap, but the investigation is still ongoing. Some brave locals rushed to help after the accident and quickly took the injured to a nearby hospital. Sadly, two of the victims, brothers Hritik Bhandari and Yash Bhandari, were declared dead. The third passenger, Kushwant Tekwani, is fighting for his life with serious injuries. This tragic crash has left the community in shock as authorities dig deeper to find the exact cause.
