This week, the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voters list kicks off in full swing, and with it comes a dazzling ‘reels challenge’ to light up social media. From November 4 to December 4, everyone is invited to create catchy, creative reels about the SIR and post them online by tagging CEO Kerala’s official pages. And guess what? The house-to-house enumeration for SIR begins on November 4. All voters registered by October 27, 2025, will receive their SIR enumeration forms during this phase. After finishing the enumeration on December 4, the verification phase kicks in post the draft roll publication on December 9. The final voters list will be ready by February 7. But here's the twist — major political parties, except BJP, have opposed the timing of the SIR, saying it clashes with the upcoming local body elections.
