Mehta, part of a big 60-strong business delegation with Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal, revealed that Amul is already selling ghee in Israel. But hold on, they aren't stopping there! The company is working hard to get Kosher certification – a must-have for food products in Israel because it follows Jewish dietary laws. "It is a kind of certification of the process which we have to comply with to take care of the core market of the local population," Mehta explained. This means Amul wants to charm not just Indian families living there but also local Israeli customers. Now, isn’t that a delicious plan? But that’s not all. India is the world's biggest milk producer, and Israel is known for cool tech. Mehta said, "Our focus is to improve the productivity of our cattles... in feeding and animal management, we require technology... These are the things where Israel has done good work."
