Get set for a grand showdown of security as the Telangana Rising Global Summit gears up for December 8 and 9 in Maheshwaram and Mirkhanpet! The Rachakonda Police have pulled out all the stops with a massive plan featuring a three-tier cordon, over 1,000 CCTV cameras, and nearly 2,500 personnel on duty.
The brains behind this robust setup, Commissioner G. Sudheer Babu, held a high-powered meeting with top officials like Rangareddy District Collector Narayana Reddy, TGICC MD Shashank, and others to iron out details. The focus? Perfect teamwork between police and summit organizers for smooth sailing at this internationally buzzed event.
What’s the scale? Around 600 bigwigs from global investment firms, giant companies, and top Indian industry leaders will join, plus nearly 3,000 support staff buzzing around. To keep things tight, the police will deploy units across Law and Order, Traffic Police, Special Branch, Intelligence, Octopus, Greyhounds, and specialist dog and bomb squads!
arrangements aren't forgotten either — barracks, food, and sanitation for the police force on ground are set in stone.
All eyes will be on a giant web of over 1,000 CCTV cameras spread over key areas. The video feeds will flash live to a central police control room, making sure no suspicious move slips through.
On the roads, about 1,000 traffic officers will juggle diversions, barricades, and parking like seasoned maestros. "Traffic marshals will regulate vehicle movement to prevent congestion," said officials, while police presence will tighten on all main routes. Heads up, the public will face road diversions for two days, so plan ahead!
And here’s a sparkling touch — a special wing led by the Women’s Wing and She Teams will focus on the safety of women entrepreneurs, speakers, and investors.
With such a bulletproof security plan, the Telangana Rising Global Summit promises to be safe, smooth, and superb!
