Six students from Vikrama Simhapuri University (VSU) in Nellore took part in an important international conference in Mumbai. The event was organised by the All India Glass Manufacturers Federation (AIGMF). The theme was 'AI and Digitalisation: Future sustainable glass manufacturing'. The students who attended were N. Lingaraju, P. Harshavardhan, N. Dileep Kumar, G. Mohammad Shabber Hussain, K. Ravishankar Naik, and K. Ananth Ram Naik. They played a key role by coordinating the event. This gave them a chance to meet international delegates and gain hands-on experience in event management. Vice-Chancellor Allam Srinivasa Rao praised them, saying, "The students shouldered the responsibility of coordination, which helped them in networking with international delegates and gaining direct experience in event management." After returning from Mumbai, the students met the Vice-Chancellor and shared their valuable experiences from the conference.
