The CBI has arrested Arun Dey, 50, in relation to the murder of BJP worker Abhijit Sarkar post West Bengal elections. Sarkar was dragged from his house in Kolkata and killed. Dey, also known as Bhai, allegedly tied a wire around Sarkar's neck. Biswasjit Sarkar, Abhijit's brother, identified Dey as the perpetrator. The Calcutta High Court mandated a CBI investigation into the case.
