Southern Railway's Madurai Division is witnessing changes in train services to accommodate ongoing engineering works. Train No. 07229 Kanniyakumari–Charlapalli Special and Train No. 12666 Kanniyakumari–Howrah Superfast Express will be diverted via Virudunagar, Manamadurai, Karaikkudi, and Tiruchchirappalli, skipping Madurai and Dindigul stations. Train No. 16848 Sengottai–Mayiladuthurai Express will also be rerouted, skipping various stations while adding stops. Additionally, Train No. 07192 Madurai–Kacheguda Special will depart later than scheduled. Passengers are advised to check revised timings and plan their journeys accordingly.
