The Elamakkara police detained two siblings, Muhammed Bilal and Muhammed Binyamin, on charges of assault at a hair salon in Karukappilly. The victims, from Punalur, were attacked by the brothers and a third person. The siblings damaged the salon's CCTV camera. Investigation is ongoing.
