MCC Releases 2nd Round PG Medical Seat Allotment; 3164 Candidates Get Seats

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has announced the provisional seat allotment results for the second round of postgraduate medical courses. A total of 3,164 candidates have been allotted seats, as published on the official website.
H. Prasanna, Executive Director of the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), stated that candidates allotted seats through MCC can withdraw their original documents till Wednesday at 11 a.m. Those who choose to withdraw from KEA-allotted seats will face a ₹25,000 deduction from their fees already paid.
After the deadline, fresh seat allotment will be done excluding candidates who withdrew their documents, and final results will be announced.
For in-service candidates, the final results of the second round are also out. A total of 59 in-service candidates have been allotted seats in various courses. These candidates must submit original documents at the KEA office by December 24 and download their admission order. Reporting to allotted colleges is required by December 26.
This update clears the path for thousands of medical aspirants to begin their postgraduate studies soon.
