All 116 people injured in the bar fire at Crans-Montana ski resort in Switzerland have been identified, police confirmed Monday. The fire, which broke out on New Year's Eve at the popular Le Constellation bar, killed 40 people aged between 14 and 39. Authorities said 83 injured remain hospitalized, many with serious burns, complicating identification efforts. The injured represent at least 12 nationalities. Investigators are probing the cause, with initial findings pointing to sparklers on bottles being held too close to the ceiling. Beatrice Pilloud, Valais canton lead prosecutor, said they are checking if the acoustic foam on the ceiling contributed to the fire and if the bar met safety rules. A criminal investigation targets the French couple running the bar. Among the victims are teenagers such as Charlotte Niddam, 15, a UK school pupil, and Arthur Brodard, 16. Italian junior golfer Emanuele Galeppini, 16, also died. The Italian Golf Federation paid tribute to his passion and values in a statement.
