Two men, including a truck driver, died after a multi-vehicle crash on the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway in Nuh on Sunday morning. The accident happened around 7:30 a.m. when thick fog caused poor visibility. A truck carrying crushers suddenly hit the brakes. Four vehicles crashed into it, triggering a fire in two trucks loaded with gravel. Police said the driver, Rakesh (33) from Sikar, Rajasthan, and his helper Deshraj (28) from Alwar, Rajasthan, died from burn injuries. The fire took three fire brigade vehicles about two hours to control, while police cleared the traffic jam in four hours. ASI Devki Nandan said, "We have kept the bodies in the mortuary and informed the families. An FIR has been registered and further probe is underway." The crash caused a long traffic jam and severe disruption on the expressway.
