Cyberabad traffic police announced traffic restrictions in parts of Suraram on February 8 and 9 for the Kattamaisamma Jathara festival. The restrictions will last from 5 a.m. on February 8 until 11:30 p.m. on February 9, under the Jeedimetla Traffic Police limits. To avoid traffic jams and ensure smooth movement, heavy vehicles will be regulated and redirected. Heavy vehicles from Balanagar heading to Gandimaisamma will be diverted at the JETL industrial area. They will take Dulapally road, turn left at Bahadurpally crossroads, and then continue towards Gandimaisamma. Similarly, heavy vehicles traveling from Gandimaisamma crossroads to Balanagar will turn at Bahadurpally junction, pass through Dulapally village junction, and move to the industrial area via JETL Kaman, Shapurnagar, and Balanagar. The Cyberabad traffic police advised all commuters, especially heavy vehicle drivers, to follow these rules, plan their travel ahead, and cooperate with traffic personnel. This will help maintain smooth traffic flow during the festival period.
