Fire at Attapur Car Showroom Gutts Two Vehicles, 90 Residents Evacuated

A fire erupted at Adarsha Automotives Pvt Ltd car showroom in Attapur during early hours of February 10, 2026. The fire broke out near pillar number 185 in Rajendranagar. No casualties or injuries were reported. Around 90 residents from nearby apartments were evacuated as a safety measure. The Fire Control received a distress call at 1:44 a.m. Two fire tenders from Rajendranagar rushed to the site. Nine personnel, including six firefighters and three officials, worked to control the fire. They successfully brought the blaze under control in about 45 minutes. Two cars inside the showroom were completely gutted, while two others suffered partial damage. Rajendranagar Station Fire Officer Chandra Naik said, “A preliminary probe suggested that the fire may have been triggered by a fire lit by someone outside the showroom and was not of electrical origin.” Officials are reviewing CCTV footage near the showroom to confirm this. A case has been registered, and the investigation to find the exact cause is ongoing.
