A large crowd of followers and devotees of Ganapathi Sachchidananda Swami from Avadhoota Datta Peetham, Mysuru, is set to join a mass chanting of the Hanuman Chalisa at Maharaja’s College Grounds on Saturday. Ganapathi Sachchidananda Swami will lead the rendition in both Hindi and Kannada. The event is planned on the eve of Mahashivarathri, so organizers expect a big turnout. Preparations are underway at the venue to welcome the devotees. To spread the word, a publicity drive used a modified vehicle shaped like a chariot, which toured the city to raise awareness. The seer flagged off this vehicle at his ashram on Tuesday and released pamphlets about the event. Several organizations have come forward to support the program organized by Avadhoota Datta Peetham.
