Tang Yick-ki, director at Prince Jewellery and Sky Regal Properties, recently sold his flat in Hong Kong's The Cullinan and bought a bigger duplex at The Waterfront. He sold his 1,019 sq ft, three-bedroom flat on the 71st floor of The Cullinan for HK$46 million (US$5.9 million) on January 5. Tang originally bought this flat in 2016 for HK$32.5 million. Just three weeks later, Tang's company Sky Regal Properties purchased a larger 1,593 sq ft duplex at The Waterfront in the same area for HK$50 million. This deal was completed last Wednesday. Tang holds director roles at several companies, including Just Gold, Peonia Diamond, and Peonia Holdings. The buyer of Tang's Cullinan flat, Winner Sure, is directed by He Mingxing, who owns another unit at The Cullinan. These property deals show Tang's swift upgrade within West Kowloon’s luxury residential market.
