A massive explosion occurred at Brundavan Laboratories Pvt Ltd in Yellagiri village, Choutuppal, on Friday night, February 13, 2026. The blast happened due to a radiator explosion. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries. The fire started after the explosion. Authorities received a distress call around 10 p.m. Ten fire tenders rushed to the scene, including a hazmat rescue tender and a robotic unit for chemical emergency support. About 60-70 firefighting personnel worked hard and controlled the fire by 3.30 a.m. The exact cause and property damage are still being investigated. As a safety step, two fire tenders remain stationed at the site. Further probe is ongoing.
