Officials showed Gates how land records are safely stored using blockchain and QR codes. Gates supported the Sanjeevani Project, which creates digital health records and started as a pilot in Kuppam. Naidu said the government plans to expand AI use in healthcare and provide 'bio-design medical services.' Gates advised that affordable diagnostic services should be a top priority to help the poor. Naidu tweeted his gratitude for meeting Gates in the 1990s, which inspired the focus on tech-driven citizen empowerment.
