Downdetector recorded over 23,210 complaints from the United States, United Kingdom, and other regions by 8:24 am ET. Pakistan also reported 254 issues around 6:42 pm. Downdetector gathers reports from users worldwide, but the exact number of affected users might be higher or lower. X has not responded to questions about why it went down. This is not the first time X had problems; last month it faced outages twice, on January 13 and January 16, affecting thousands globally. Users are left waiting for the platform to fix the glitches and resume normal service.
