Sri Channabasaveshwar Gurukul PU Science College and Sharanabasaveshwar Residential Composite PU College in Bidar delivered stellar results in the NTA JEE (Mains) Phase 1 held in January 2025-26. At Sri Channabasaveshwar, over 200 students scored 90% and above, qualifying for the JEE (Advanced) exam. Top performers were Preetam Dhulappa with 99.77%, Shivang Vikas at 99.7%, Vivek Vijaykumar with 99.56%, and Ullas Devendra scoring 99.37%. Principal Basavaraj Molkere said, "The remarkable performance reflects the dedication of both the students and faculty in maintaining high academic standards." Sharanabasaveshwar Residential Composite PU College also produced excellent results. Their top scorers were Mallikarjun Suryakanth Udagi with 99.31%, Arpit Mahantesh with 99.29%, Channabasava Koralli at 99.23%, Samarth Kadani with 99.13%, and Venkatesh Kulkarni scoring 99.12%. These results highlight the academic excellence of Bidar's PU colleges, setting a strong foundation for students aiming at engineering careers through JEE Advanced.
