The Green Bay Packers are buzzing with excitement as their star wide receiver Christian Watson is gearing up to play again! Watson, who tore his ACL in his right knee during last season's finale, has been through a tough journey. But guess what? He is finally back and ready to light up the field this Sunday night against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Just recently, the Packers made a smart move by activating Watson from the reserve/physically unable to perform list on Saturday. This means Watson can officially take part in the Sunday thrilling match. The Packers, with a strong current record of 4 wins, 1 loss, and 1 tie, need his magic now more than ever! Watson has been hard at work, returning to practice three weeks ago. He confidently told reporters, “I’d say I could’ve played last week, too, to be honest,” showing his eagerness to get back on the field. But he wisely added, “But, obviously, (I’ve) got to make sure I’m hearing everybody’s opinions on everything and being as smart as possible about it.” Smart move, Christian! Last year, Watson was a star with 29 catches, 620 yards, and two touchdowns. Among all NFL players with at least 25 catches, he was the second-best in yards per catch—what a rocket! Since being picked in the second round in 2022 from North Dakota State, he has made a smashing record of 98 catches, 1,653 yards, and 14 touchdowns in just three seasons. Plus, don’t forget his two touchdown runs that added extra excitement! The Packers didn’t stop there. They also promoted defensive lineman Arron Mosby from the practice squad to the main team for Sunday's game. On the other hand, tight end Ben Sims was released. Sims played in three games mostly on special teams and had eight catches, 63 yards, and one touchdown in his career. Now, the stage is set! Will Christian Watson sparkle once again?
