Shocking Video: Israeli Troops Kill Two Palestinians Who Seemed To Surrender In Jenin
November 28, 2025
A gripping video has come out showing two Palestinians being shot dead by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin — even after they seemed to surrender! This shocking incident happened during a fierce ongoing Israeli military operation.
In the grainy footage, two men come out of a building with their hands raised high. Surrounded by Israeli border guards, they kneel down, and one even lifts his t-shirt, apparently to prove he’s unarmed. But then, startlingly, the men move back into the building — and suddenly, border police open fire, killing both men.
The Palestinian Authority (PA) slammed this act, calling it a "war crime" and labeling the killings as "brutal" field executions. They demand justice and an investigation into what they describe as cold-blooded murder.
On the flip side, Israel’s military and police say these men were "wanted individuals" connected to a terror network. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and police released a joint statement saying their forces had been chasing suspects linked to terror acts like throwing explosives and shooting at security forces.
According to the statement, "The forces entered the area, enclosed the structure in which the suspects were located, and initiated a surrender procedure that lasted several hours." They claim after using engineering tools to breach the building, the suspects exited and then gunfire was directed at them.
Adding fuel to the fire, Israel’s far-right national security minister Itamar Ben Gvir gave full support to the officers involved. On his X (formerly Twitter) account, he said, "the fighters acted exactly as expected of them" and boldly declared "terrorists must die."
This deadly raid is part of a long, monthslong Israeli campaign in the northern West Bank to root out Palestinian armed groups. Israel says these operations are vital because of attacks on Israeli soldiers and Jewish settlers. Just recently, Israeli forces began operations in nearby Tubas city as well.
Violence in the West Bank has skyrocketed since the Hamas attack on southern Israel in October 2023. That tragic event sparked a harsh Israeli military campaign in Gaza. Since then, the United Nations reports more than 1,000 Palestinians — including civilians and armed group members — have been killed in the West Bank by Israeli troops or settlers.
Meanwhile, Israel reports at least 44 Israelis, including soldiers and civilians, have lost their lives either in Palestinian attacks or during Israeli military actions.
This incident in Jenin adds another fierce chapter to the growing conflict, raising tough questions about the rules of war and human rights. Who will answer for the deadly shots fired at those who seemed to surrender? The world watches closely.
