November 28, 2025
Kokapet is now the shining star in Telangana's real estate sky and a true money-spinner for the state government. The race for land near the Outer Ring Road is on fire, with prices smashing all previous records! Just three days after a huge auction in Neopolis layout, Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) pulled off an even bigger feat in their latest auction.
The top bid blew everyone’s mind at ₹151.25 crore per acre for a 4.03-acre plot. This jaw-dropping deal was won by four rich buyers: Lakshmi Narayana Gummadi, Karteesh Reddy Madgula, Sharat Ventrapragada, and Shyam Sunder Reddy Vangala. Not far behind, the second highest bid was ₹147.75 crore per acre for a 5.03-acre plot, snapped up by the famous Godrej Properties Limited.
Together, these two blockbuster deals brought in a whopping ₹1352 crore revenue for Telangana! The average price per acre in Neopolis layout skyrocketed from ₹73 crore two years ago to an unbelievable ₹142.83 crore now.
Adding this to the earlier round of auctions, the total wealth generated from Neopolis auctions punches at ₹2708 crore. But hold on, the auction drama isn’t over yet! The next round is scheduled at Neopolis on December 3, followed by Golden Mile in Kokapet on December 5. Telangana’s real estate juggernaut just keeps getting bigger and hotter!
