This is a slight improvement from Friday, when the AQI was 369, according to the Central Pollution Control Board’s (CPCB) 9 a.m. report. The CPCB measures air quality on a scale where 0-50 is “good”, 51-100 “satisfactory”, 101-200 “moderate”, 201-300 “poor”, 301-400 “very poor”, and 401-500 “severe”. On Saturday, the city recorded a minimum temperature of 10.4 degrees Celsius, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said. The sky was mainly clear, with a maximum temperature expected to reach 25 degrees Celsius. Relative humidity stood at 90% at 8:30 a.m., IMD added. Despite the slight dip, the air quality remains unhealthy for sensitive groups and poses health warnings for all residents.
